Our Founder

Julie Hornibrook has worked as a social worker for many years in regional Australia. Julie is passionate and committed to improving rural health and community issues.

Julie has years of experience in management, strategic planning, evaluation and policy roles. She has worked with sexual assault, mental health, aged care, women’s health and oral health programs in NSW, Northern Territory and Queensland.

Julie was awarded a medal for services to rural Social Work by the Australian Association of Social Work. Julie has focussed on change management as a key area to support staff and to develop new initiatives. She has an  Executive Masters of Public Administration through the Australian & New Zealand School of Government and Monash University.
